Who's teaching this
I'm Russ Katzman. I spent more than 20 years in business, from small shops to the boardroom of a $2 billion company. Six Sigma Black Belt. Degrees in accounting and strategy.
When I started coaching, I thought all of that was what owners needed from me. I was wrong.
What they needed most was someone in their corner. Someone who'd been there, who'd listen, and who'd tell them the truth.
